As we are a small home-based business and many of our products are curated, personalised, or prepared upon order confirmation, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.
- Minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to handmade or curated nature of products and shall not be considered defects.
However, in rare cases where you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos as proof. After verification, we may offer a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
